David Nicholson

After 25 years serving in different pastorates from Nova Scotia, Alberta and here in Saint John; David stepped out of pastoral ministry and entered the world of real estate. Now in his 11th year, he is a seasoned veteran, having received many sales awards over that time. He is an experienced negotiator and has a warmth and charisma which endears him to his clients. He is most at home working with people and is sensitive to their needs and strives to tailor his services to ensure they not only receive excellent service but also to assist in giving sound advice and insight to meet their real estate goals. Although much of his business has been focused on the residential sector, over the past five years, he has become increasingly involved in commercial leasing and sales as well.

In his spare time, he has a love for music and plays guitar (poorly… but enjoys it!), enjoys reading, working out at the local Y and is involved in several ministry related endeavours.
