About Sylvia

A lifelong resident of Saint John, Sylvia is a former Realtor® with 25 years’ experience in the financial industry. She owned and operated a successful Property Management company in the greater Saint John area for a number of years and has owned and sold several residential and investment properties. This financial, property-management and real-estate experience has given her wonderful insight into the local property market, as well as how to achieve the best possible outcome for clients when buying or selling. Sylvia has a strong work ethic and excellent negotiating skills; she is a good listener, and loves a challenge. These are all qualities that make a great Realtor®. In her spare time, Sylvia enjoys photography, hiking and cycling; and as a Corvette enthusiast, she’s president of the Corvettes of Southern New Brunswick.
