About Cody

Coldwell Banker Select is pleased to welcome Cody Hicks to the firm!

Cody was born and raised right here in Saint John and has earned a reputation for being an honest, hardworking individual. At his past career he quickly climbed to the top of the ladder and was elected among his fellow employees to act as a Shop Steward. After spending 8 years with the company, he had to make the tough decision to leave his career to follow his passion for real estate.  Cody has personally owned property and understands the market can be challenging and he wants to help you every step of the way. When he’s not in the office working you might find Cody at the local golf courses around town, he is also a member of an axe throwing league and enjoys walking his dog Tito around the streets of uptown Saint John. If you see them around town, make sure to stop and have a chat, Cody will gladly answer all your real estate questions.  He is proud to be a new member at Coldwell Banker Select Realty and wants to help you navigate through this difficult market.
